    BalCAN Immigration Services Inc. (BalCanis), located at 690 Trigoria Crescent, Ottawa, Ontario, Canada, represented by Eddy Balambula, Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC).

    1. Agreement

      2. This agreement sets out the terms for an initial consultation between Eddy Balambula, RCIC #532687, and

      (the "Client"). The purpose of this consultation is to provide advice to the Client regarding their application

    2. Scope of Consultation
      1. The services provided under this agreement are limited to a single consultation session about the Client's situation. The RCIC is not obligated to act on behalf of the Client. If the Client decides to hire the RCIC for further assistance, a separate contract will be required.
    3. Duration and Method of Consultation
      1. The consultation session will last a maximum of one hour.
      2. The consultation can be conducted in person, over the phone, or through video conferencing using platforms like Skype or Zoom.
    4. Fee and Refund Policy
      1. The fee for this consultation is non-refundable and must be paid at the beginning of the session.
      2. The RCIC will provide information and advice based on their expertise and the standards set by the Immigration Consultants of Canada Regulatory Council (ICCRC). However, the RCIC cannot guarantee a positive outcome, as the final decision rests with immigration officers.

    By signing below, the Client confirms that they have read and understood this agreement. They are signing it voluntarily and without any pressure.

    By providing my electronic signature, I acknowledge that it holds the same legal validity and effect as a traditional written signature and will be afforded the same level of treatment and recognition.
